The 2025 Weekly Planner and Notebook has 7 days to a page and an alternate side ruled page for note taking. Each double-page features one page with the entire calendar week on the left and a lined notebook page on the right.

This forest green medium A5 notebook is equally suited for the desk and for use on the move. It opens flat, and stays closed with an elastic band. Contains 144 pages of 80g ivory paper, and runs from January 2025 through December 2025.

Other features include a 3-year overview, phases of the moon, official holidays in 58 countries, a project planner, a gusseted pocket in the back cover, 2 ribbon bookmarks, and a set of stickers for labeling the cover and spine for archiving.

Finally Built a Lasting Habit!

I have tried a few different systems, from planners that schedule days down to the hour, to bullet journals, to very busy personalized planning pages that include a lot of daily goals and things to remember. As someone who tends toward the forgetful and inattentive (possibly ADHD), I always felt either aimless or overwhelmed and couldn't maintain the planner as a helpful habit that actually supported me. A friend had recommended File-o-fax, but I wasn't enthused looking at them and I found the cost prohibitive.
This Leuchtturm journal was the perfect answer. Each week is so incredibly simple in its layout, that there is almost no noise on the page. The paper and ink quality is superb and has a smooth, no-static feel, and I haven't had problems with bleeding, even with pens that bled through Moleskine journals. I especially love that each weekly spread has a whole page of college-ruled blank lines on the opposite side. For someone who is always hopping back and forth between the need to clearly plan a day and the need to jot meandering notes and observations (AND the need to keep these two things in the same book, so that related notes can stay together) this is invaluable. I can write a quick reminder (i.e. call the doc) on the planner page, and expand upon it on the note page opposite (i.e. phone number, extension, and a summary of what info I need). Two quality ribbon bookmarks help keep me on track in the book. The completely blank pages in the back are excellent for project planning or sketching. The included but separate address/date booklet is a nice feature but I use it rarely. I wish I remembered to pull it out more.

This is my go-to system, the first one that has really helped me pull it together and make a habit of being organized. I'm a big fan of Leuchtturm and will plan to keep buying this planner for years to come.

(And, as always, Goulet packaged it with the utter extreme of care and love. It's a delight to get their products in the mail and I intend to remain a patron as long I possibly can!
