It has been great. This tool is great for filling the TWSBI Vac 700R pens. Watch the video, fill ink bottle, and fill pen. No mess.

Very cool! Don't forget to turn it upside down

I just used my Vac bottle for the first time and it worked like a charm. At first, however, I didn't think it was working. Here was the trick, at least for me (some instructions would have been useful). Once you've filled the bottle with ink, screw your pen in, then (and this is the part I didn't realize) turn the whole mechanism upside down. Then push the vacuum rod up into the pen. You will get a 100% fill. Very satisfying and very cool!
