Rickshaw Bagworks Sinclair Model R Case - Black/Peacock
Nock Co. and Rickshaw Bagworks have joined forces to bring you a new version of the beloved Nock Co. Sinclair 3-pen and pocket notebook zip case.
This Sinclair R is a Goulet Pens-exclusive design, featuring Rickshaw's DigiPrint™ polyester canvas in solid black on the exterior. The interior is a peacock teal plush. All materials are colorfast and machine washable.
The new Sinclair “Model R” features a number of signature Rickshaw touches. First things first, the supersoft Royal Plush lining is added to the interior. The interior configuration features the same three pen slots on one side, and a single wide slot on the other. Both sides are lined with plush.
Next, the overall dimensions were tweaked to make it “Coozy compatible” — slightly taller, wider and fatter, to accept the Rickshaw size “L” 2-pen and 3-pen plush pen Coozies in the middle. The size of the YKK zippers has been increased from #5 to #8 to make the case slightly fatter for a little extra internal storage capacity. The overall dimensions of the new case are 7.5” x 4.5” x 1.5”.
An outside slash pocket was added, for ready access to a pen and pocket notebook, or convenient stowage of your cell phone or other EDC gear. Finally, color-coordinated paracord zipper pulls were added for a little extra flair on the outside.
The new Sinclair Model R is made in Rickshaw's own sewing shop in San Francisco.

What’s the best way to store an inked fountain pen?
There is no right or wrong way, but a lot of people find that storing them nib up is good if your pen tends to run wet, or nib down if your pen is more dry writing.
Horizontal is never a bad way to store your pens either, and is what the majority of the Goulet Pens team does.

Help! My pen leaks when it’s in my purse/bag/pocket!
As fountain pen ink is water based, and fountain pens are basically a controlled leak, any type of jostling motion can cause the fountain pen ink to leak out. We recommend you do not carry them loose in anything where they could get jostled and cause the ink to leak out.
