If your Montegrappa Elmo housing will unscrew (some won't) this unit will fit perfectly! Same threads, everything. A happy coincidence that gives me options! (P.S. remember to take out the converter first, as it screws in - makes it easier to unscrew the nib housing).

I bought this nib for my Op. 88 Omar. I use the 1.5 that came with it but I decided that I wanted a 1.1 like the one I enjoy in my Twsby. At first, it didn't work very well and I found it really scratchy and it was not letting the ink flow too well. I then I washed it really well after that it's been very good more juicy than dry, but not too wet either I do find it a little Tincy, more grippy than on the Twsbi. All in all, I am very happy with the nib. In the future, I'd like to try goulet nib. the service was excellent. What more can we ask for?

Excellent nib, works great on the Opus 88.

I bought a Franklin Christoph 31 Omnis awhile back but it came with a poorly feeding nib. That, or the tines were misaligned. As a result I hadn't written with it for nearly a year. I finally decided to buy a replacement nib from Goulet Pens and went with the Edison EF steel nib. As always Goulet shipped quickly, and the Edison nib is awesome. Makes the writing experience great and no flow issues whatsoever. Totally transformed my FC 31 Omnis! Thank you Goulet Pens and team!

These are excellent nibs! Picked up a couple to put on an Opus 88 and an Aero, very pleased with both.
