My best ink comes from Noodler's, and Gruene Cactus is one of them. Beautiful, vibrant and well behaved. It's not too blue, nor is it too yellow, it's (I'm really sorry about this) juuuuust right.
I'm using it in my green Lamy Safari with an extra-fine nib. Bought it just for this ink. I needed a writer and Lamy nibs seem to run a little freer than other nibs. This ink is wet enough that the match is near perfect. As it hits the page this ink has an emerald quality to it. On decent paper It doesn't feather, or bleed, and it dries fairly fast. As for Goulet Pens, they packed it and shipped it on Wednesday, and it was in my mailbox by Saturday morning. Usual great service! Thanks, Sandy!!

This is a beautiful green ink that reminds me of the bright but deep green of a the forest.

lovely green just what I wanted

I wanted ink the color of new grass, and this one beat the six or seven others I tested. I haven't taken a sample outside to compare with actual grass, for fear that it won't be a precise match, or for the worse fear that the grass won't be as green as the ink. Its behavior in a Lamy Safari (B) on pure white, satin finish Rhodia paper is perfect. It flows well in this workhorse pen, produces some shading and, as far as I can tell with an 8x lupe, no feathering. I haven't yet tried it in any of my other pens but I'm sure I will. P.S. Your website requires an answer to questions I'm not qualified to answer: Flow, Water Resistance and Dry Time. Did my best but wouldn't consider my answers scientific at all.

I just LOVE this green! Reminds me of spring time green! A nice juicy ink, but not too juicy :)
