Never waste a drop! This black conical insert for your Noodler's 3oz bottles helps you easily fill your pen. We found that it also fits Monteverde 90ml and Stipula 70ml bottles. It's really helpful for when the volume gets low!

Instructions for use:

Open ink bottle and place Ink Miser Intra-Bottle Inkwell into the 3 oz. bottle.
Replace ink bottle cap and screw on tightly leaving the Ink Miser in place.
Turn bottle upside down a few times allowing the ink to fill the Ink Miser.
Quickly turn upright and carefully remove the lid.
Place pen nib in the ink- filled Ink Miser and fill the pen with ink as usual.
Leaving your Ink Miser in place, you can replace the cap and secure tightly.
Wipe the pen with a dry cloth to remove excess ink.

Ink Miser Intra-Bottle Inkwell

This inkwell works perfectly for fill my pen from a bottle where the ink level is low. I have had good success using it.

Even better than the old Sheaffer bottles

This is a massively useful accessory, right up there with a towel. I bought this along with a number 5 italic nib. I put the nib in my Monteverde Monza--the one that came with 3 nib/section/converter units. After the nib replacement I filled the pen using the inkwell. This solves the can't get the pen deep enough problem simply and inexpensively. I like stuff that works. Note, flow, water resistance, shading, and dry time seem to be mandatory components of the review. In this case they don't apply.

No Mess!!

To be truthful I haven't used it yet. BUT, design and ease of use is obvious. I would strongly recommend this to any fountain pen user. And it's reasonably priced. Order one. You will love it.

Lovely invention

As convenient and mess free as it gets. One of those things that you don't notice when it's doing its job, and so tend to undervalue�until is isn't there and you have ink on the kitchen table.
