This Sailor fountain pen maintenance kit includes a multi-use 3ml syringe barrel with a washing nozzle and a blunt-tip syringe tip, and an empty reusable cartridge to refill with any ink color of your choice. It all comes packaged in an attractive hard plastic case.

The washing nozzle attachment can be used to flush out any remaining ink in the nib unit. Just screw the washing nozzle attachment onto the syringe barrel, draw up water into the syringe barrel, attach your fountain pen nib unit to the end of the nozzle, and flush out the remaining ink!

The ink syringe/needle attachment can be used to suck up every last drop of ink from an ink bottle, as well as inject ink directly into most Sailor pen converters and empty cartridges.

Every Single Fountain Pen Owner Needs This

If you own a fountain pen, you can't live without this kit. If you've used fountain pens for a while and you've never had an ink syringe in your toolkit, it's going to break your brain once you use one. You'll never go back again. This particular kit is great because it's compact and engineered perfectly to house all the tools you need. It has empty Sailor cartridges for Sailor pens only. But the syringe and attachments are universal and very high quality. Like medical quality found in hospitals. I'm about to buy a second kit because I will use one for cleaning out a pen and the second kit to refill the cartridge immediately after cleaning. Then I don't have to wait for the syringe to dry or risk getting water in the ink when I refill. This is a tool for a lifetime of use. Well worth the cost for Japanese quality!

Works exceedingly well

It was perfect for my Sailor pens, but I have also been able to use it for others. The refilling needle has made it so much easier to use bottled ink.

Never thought I'd need this

Funny how things you didn't think you need turn out to be the things that you actually do need. I use this for more than just my sailor and it's extremely helpful and I like having the options to highly recommend if you're purchasing a fountain pen especially a sailor fountain pen

I didn't think I needed these for the longest time. Got a set just out of curiosity and it is really handy for getting last drop of ink or moving ink around between pens. So easy using this kit!
