Holds ink like a champ.

Brilliant Accessory

This turns the dip pen into a really useable pen. I can write a half page of text with this reservoir attached to my dip pen. For $4 it is a no-brainer. It is hard to get on/off so I would recommend getting one for every nib you intend to use alot.

Valuable Accessory, Ridiculous Price!

If you like to use dip pens for inking diversity and you like the new Sailor Hocoro dip pens, then this bitty little plastic reservoir is very convenient (actually essential) for extended writing. The reservoir installs easily and works well. HOWEVER... a single piece costs $4, which is ridiculous for a plastic part that probably costs less than a cent to mold. If you have several Hocoro pens, as I do, you're talking about upwards of $16 to $20 to outfit these pens! Sailor gets 5 stars for the reservoir's utility and fit and 1 star for their outrageous pricing...

These are Great!

I love how these extend the writing time of the hocoro pens! You can get quite a few words down with the fine nib before you have to dip again.

Mysterious little critter

I had to and ask what I had purchased. Turns out I already have the little extra ink holder on the pen a dip pen from sailor. I am enjoying learning how to use it.
