As I mentioned in my review for the matching Desk Pen, the new model of the Desk Pen is part of the Preppy family and all the parts can be interchanged with other members of the family. The same applies to this desk stand. It's essentially a Preppy cap on a stand (including the famous Platinum seal), so you can use it for your Preppy, your Prefounte, or your Plaisir. A black Plaisir looks very sweet on this stand. If only they made a Plaisir in black and gold! But you can always buy a black/chrome Plaisir and the new Desk pen and just swap out the section for a perfect match.
