First time trying out these ink cartridges and just wow. Favorite blue to date.

I got this ink to go in my blue Jinhao 51A. The ink flows well in the pen and the color is beautiful. I also love that in the 51A there is room for a spare cartridge in the pen barrel so I never have to worry about being out of the office and running out of ink.

Amazing saturated blue that's well behaved on all papers. Slight red sheen appears on higher quality papers.

the Ink was for a fountain pen that I had gotten on a earlier order. and it also works in an old old calligraphy pen! so I am very pleased with the product and the color!

The Majestic Blue is deep, rich, and almost a pure blue that comes from a cartridge. It's high quality and I love this color. Very regal. The cartridges work with many pens and fits snug when placed, I've had no problems with leaks from Diamine cartridges so far. Also, decent ink economy as I take lots of notes on multiple note pads such as Rhodia and Clairefontaine papers which the inks goes down wet and holds up very well. Why not 5 stars? With 20lb papers or other cheaper types of papers, you start seeing feathering and some saturation. Also, flushing a pen with this ink can be messy. Would I get this again? Yes. And again after that. It's a good buy.
