This is my go-to everyday ink. For me, I need to have an easily readable subtle ink. I do, however, love a pop of colour, and this offers that, especially on pure white paper. As with all Diamine inks I've used, it writes smooth and consistent. I typically mix with a little bit of a dark blue or blue black to get a colour I like better.Would be five stars if it was offered in the glass 80ml bottle here like other Diamines.

Overall not a super exciting ink but this is a solid dark purple with moderate flow and shading. Ink can keep up in my 1.9mm Lamy stub and displays moderate shading, but no sheen. If you like the colour than I would say go for it. Performs decently on cheap paper too, even in broader nib sizes.
