This ink is very beautiful. I was expecting a much more shiny result, but on the paper I am using (a notebook from Top Drawer) it is very subtle.

Gorgeous Ink!

This was my first time trying a greener-blue ink, and WOW; I was impressed! The color is just gorgeous, and there is next to no nib creep on my notoriously-creepy Pilot Metropolitan. I would not hesitate to buy a whole bottle of this beautiful ink. If you're thinking about it, it's definitely worth a try!

Pleasant teal ink

Used in my wife's lamy safari with a fine nib. Flower el and wore smooth. A little greener than i thought, but a very nice ink.

A color so good my co-worker asked me where I got my ink.

Monteverde California Teal is a vibrant green that flows well. I would not consider it a 'flashy' color, but it is such a good shade that a co-worker stopped and asked me what the color was and where I got it. I was happy to tell them the name of the ink and introduce them to the Goulet Pen Company.

We find that usually you can get 2 good fills for a typical converter with our ink samples, or one good fill with a large capacity piston-filling pen.

How much writing you can do depends on you more than anything else. It mostly depends on how big or small you write, and the nib size you’re using. We recommend experimenting with different nib sizes to find what works best for you.
