Excellent quality paper. This will likely become my new go-to notebook

This is my first Clairefontaine notebook. The first thing I noticed was how smooth the paper is. I use it for my daily pandemic journal with a rotation of pens having both Extra Fine and Fine nibs. They all seem to write with less feedback and wetter no matter the ink. Dry time is good. Not too fast or too slow. My pens seem to glide across the paper.

So far I own three of these notebooks, a green, a grey, and a black. To me the green looks allot better in person. I like to use bold nibs in wet pens and these books are awesome in my opinion much better than Tamoe River. I just love the texture and feel of the paper paired with a creme paper color that gives a warm tone when writing. For me the experience of writing with my pens is 10x better with these notebooks

We love the paper and notebook quality. We will definitely continue to use this these notebooks

I've been using this for a couple weeks for journaling and it's working nicely. The color of the paper pairs really well with the Noodler's Kiowa Pecan ink I'm using. That ink goes on pretty wet, but I haven't had any problems with bleedthrough or feathering.
