I'm going to buy a bottle of this. Lovely gray, dark enough to be sensible, all sorts of pinks,purples, and greens show up in a subtle way. I ordered it for my Kaweco Sport, the new model for spring, and it matches nicely. Glad I tried it!

This ink is a beautiful one for ink drawing. It shades well and changes color depending on the media used, occasionally coming out with a blue center and a bright aquamarine penumbra on very absorbent paper. In pens, it is a light blue or perhaps grey purple, or a pinkish blue, or...

Great pen. Learned about it on unsharpen.com and had to buy. Glad I got it from Goulet!

This is my favorite of the crazy shading grays. It's really pretty and has a halo on several types of paper, while still being just dark enough to be readable. This ink behaved well for me. I wish it was a tiny bit less dry, but I tend to like super juicy inks, so it's probably great for 95% of people.

This ink is a lovely, complex blue-green-gray color. It's well-behaved, and less dry than some other Sailor inks I have tried (like Haha) - it starts flowing easily. Even in a fine Sailor nib, I get nice shading and color variation.
