Beautiful Color!

I am using this ink in my Lamy Safari. The ink is smooth and it dries fairly quickly. I love the brightness of the pink and how it is almost a red hue in some of the darker portions.

Beautiful red

We always had japanese maples around growing up in New England, so autumn was always a colorful blast. This red really brings back memories for me. It's my favorite to do edits with and works in everything I use. It feels a tad thinned out, but that's not bad.

Deep Complex Color

This is my first Iroshizuku ink. I've been enjoying many other brands, but not this one. This ink has really made me to a second look at this brand! The ink flow is so smooth it makes writing almost effortless. The color is a deeply saturated reddish-pinkish, and you can see both shades emerge in varying ways as you write and as it dries. It is, simply, a deep beautiful complex color that is a pleasure to write with, both aesthetically and in terms of ease and flow of the ink in the pen. I put this in my 'Punch Pink' TWSBI, and they make for a very passionate couple.

Gorgeous Color

I'm still fairly new to pens, and this was the first bottle of Pilot ink I purchased. It's a beautiful and vivid color that looks just like the little Japanese maple trees my family used to grow. It feels really nice and smooth to write with, and is an absolute pleasure to use. It dries quickly, so I don't have any issues with smudging.

Any of these fountain pens will work with bottled ink. Typically, as long as the pen can be filled with a converter, has a built-in filling mechanism like a piston, or can be eyedropper-filled, it can accept bottled ink. You can also refill an empty ink cartridge from bottled ink using an ink syringe.
