Better than Expected

Out of the black inks I own its by far the best, it isn't super wet and it is very easy to write with. It didn't work well with my Platinum PTL-5000a, it didn't write well at all and it seemed like the flow was terrible. I use it on my Pelikan M600 and its great.

Interesting black

This is an interesting black. What makes it interesting? I pick up a hint of yellow. In addition, it flows well, is saturated, and doesn't smell bad.

Black Is Just Black

I was hoping for a rich, deep black with a little shine for interest; with all the hype the Edelstein group has received, I thought this must surely be the one. It really is just a black ink however, hence the 3 stars. But I love the bottle!

Any of these fountain pens will work with bottled ink. Typically, as long as the pen can be filled with a converter, has a built-in filling mechanism like a piston, or can be eyedropper-filled, it can accept bottled ink. You can also refill an empty ink cartridge from bottled ink using an ink syringe.
