This was a post-sample bottle purchase; I fell in love with the vivid, saturated magenta on paper and, because of its good behavior, it was clear that I needed a large supply of the ink. No issues with bleed through. The only downside is that water really washes this ink off the page.
Wonderfully flowing ink. Vibrant color. Clear and sharp whether on white or cream paper. Not much shading in the fine nib of the current pen. You may have more with medium and broads.
This is my very first Noodler's Ink and I am delighted. I was looking for pink ink, because I had never had that color before, and I wanted to brighten up my notes and congratulatory cards for my friends. I was also guided by the opinions here, on The Goulet Pen website. The color Saguaro Wine is very expressive, it immediately catches the eye with its beauty, it is joyful and brightens every postcard or greetings I send to my close friends. I am not a person who loves pink, but this color is perfect. I absolutey love this ink. I chose this because I couldn't decide between a pink or purple ink and I could only afford one at the time. This was the perfect mixure! It truly is a wine color. I've received a few compliments at work on the color.
