Gorgeous orange

I ordered a set of orange ink samples and Noodler’s Habanero turned out to be my favorite. It is really vibrant and rich, on the redder side. This is a big bottle that will last a long time.

Noodlers Habanero

Noodlers Habanero is a great orange ink. It's not a very wet ink but the ink helps the nib flow well on Rhodia and cheap copier paper. I plan to use this ink a lot.

Great ink

I use Habanero in a broad nib pen and it has a very nice color showing some deep reddish- orange shading. In my opinion better than Apache Sunset.

Noodler's Habanero

I am using the Habanero ink in my Platinum Preppy 05 pen. Because I have only used it for a brief time, I don't have much to say about it. I like the color, the smooth flow, the price.

Great orange/red ink

I really enjoy using this ink. Currently have it in a Noodler's Neponset. I previously had the pen inked with Apache Sunset and for anyone who has used that ink before, I found that Habanero is slightly wetter and takes a bit longer to dry- maybe 20 seconds or longer depending on how much ink your pen puts down. I think it's a great ink for a flex pen. Lots of shade and variation. The ink can go from a light orange to a red with the right pressure. Overall, I'm very happy with it and would definitely order again when I run out.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which pens can accept this ink? 8EDA1617-F73A-4DAF-8245-6D2BF4ABEB7B

Any of these fountain pens will work with bottled ink. Typically, as long as the pen can be filled with a converter, has a built-in filling mechanism like a piston, or can be eyedropper-filled, it can accept bottled ink. You can also refill an empty ink cartridge from bottled ink using an ink syringe.
