I'm a newbie to the fountain pen world so I haven't tried a whole heck of a lot of inks but I have a feeling this one will be hard to knock out of my top 5. I like inks that aren't supper "loud" but are cool and this hits that spot perfectly I think. Good for anybody wanting to try something other than traditional blue or black.

I am very pleased with this ink for my use as a fountain pen proselyte. I have Olivine paired with a Kaweco Sport EF in Dark Olive for a close color match. This relatively dry combination gives reliable clean tight lines on cheap copy paper with a little bleed through. On Mnemosyne, it is well behaved with slight shading. This is my current everyday carry.
I had samples I needed to use and was really in a mood for change. So when my Jinhao cartridge finally finished I immediately inked up with this! It made my day! The color is journal perfect! I am happy to add it to my 'favorites list'!
I used this ink in my new TWSBI Eco with extra fine nib. The ink flows beautifully. I was very delighted with the color.
