Such great quality. This sample gives just the right amount of ink for writing enthusiast who like to switch things up regularly.
A shade or two darker than Jane Austen. It appears nearly black on Tomoe River paper.
So far I like it. It is a lovely grey and it looks like it is waterproof so I can use it for drawings where I add watercolor.
I bought this ink thinking I would get a greenish grey, but in my Pelikan M205 M, the ink is a light Olivine. When I put the ink in my Platinum Procyon M, it was also a light Olivine. Maybe if you are writing with B or stubs, the ink would appear darker and be a closer match to the swatch on Goulet's product page. I love the ink, but the colour was not at all what I expected.
