I really like this ink. It's been fun to sketch with and I can use watercolor over it with no smudging. It does seem to run pretty wet so if lines are too close they kind of just pool together. It is not a super deep black, just average black to me. I would definitely like more of this ink but the full size seems to have been out of stock for some time now.

Can not believe the skyhigh price of it.

This is an excellent ink for art. It's extremely waterproof not even moving in cast under water and it becomes waterproof extremely quickly. It seems to be a pigment ink but i can't say for sure i would say be careful with it but I've also had it dry out in a pen and it didn't ruin it. This is a great ink for that reason as it seems less harsh than a pigment ink but just as waterproof.

This is one of my favorite blacks, because it flows great, is nice and saturated/dark, and is very water resistant. I highly recommend to try this black ink. I prefer it to Noodler's black actually because I find it to be a bit darker.

I bought this a month ago as a daily writing ink for my job (I work in food service) to reduce the amount of paperwork ruined by water while I'm walking around. Its not as waterproof as i had hoped but is a lovely pitch black color and works well.
