Good Yellow ink!

This is a good yellow, without going to the gold/orange side and avoiding the green side.Flows nicely and behaves well.

Decent ink

The ink itself is nice, I just personally did not like the color once on the page. For that, I have it 4 stars. But it is a nice ink, very saturated with color. I'll probably get noodler's brand again, just not yellow.

Good mixing ink.

Too light for actual writing, this ink is perfect for both highlighting and mixing. I'm enjoying making new ink colors with my very own homemade CMYK set (Noodler's Black, Noodler's Yellow, Noodler's Shah's Rose and Noodler's Navajo Turquoise).

Noodler's yellow-nice and bright

I have this ink installed in a Parker Vector, and love the visibility and brightness. I found it to flow a little dry, but that might bedue to its lack of much visibility before it dryson the paper. Compared to J. Herbin Bouton D'or . Its a tossup, they are both good, aboutthe same color intensity to me.

Nice but wet

Lovely, saturated color. I use Noodler's Yellow to blend with Sheaffer and other Noodler's colors. Like all of my Noodler's shades, it is slow to dry and so smears easily.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I fill my fountain pen from an ink sample vial? 8EDA1617-F73A-4DAF-8245-6D2BF4ABEB7B

The technique depends on the fountain pen's filling mechanism.

Check out our blog post on How to Fill a Fountain Pen from an Ink Sample Vial, or watch the video here:

How much writing can I really do with 2ml? 8EDA1617-F73A-4DAF-8245-6D2BF4ABEB7B

We find that usually you can get 2 good fills for a typical converter with our ink samples, or one good fill with a large capacity piston-filling pen.

How much writing you can do depends on you more than anything else. It mostly depends on how big or small you write, and the nib size you’re using. We recommend experimenting with different nib sizes to find what works best for you.
