Fruity with a pretty color the smell doesn’t have a very strong plum smell, very light

I am a fountain pen newbie, so I'm not caught up on the qualities of a great ink yet, but I think this ink writes well! It does smell like plum, but you really only notice that when the ink bottle (or in my case vial, since I bought a sample) is open and you're filling the pen. It writes smoothly and flows well. I've got it in a Pilot Metropolitan with Fine nib and a con-40 converter! The color is a nice dark green.

Bought a sample and loved the color and subtle smell. Was afraid the smell would be too strong, but not the case at all.

I love this color so much and will be buying a large bottle soon.

I was looking for a petrol ink to match my new Lamy Safari Petrol and the De Atramentis Plum was perfect for that purpose. About the fragrance ... I only noticed it in the bottle, it is not noticeable when writing.
