I plan on buying this every couple of months, it is that great of an aroma and ink use. It is pretty wet and takes just a little bit to dry.
Smells like my favorite flower. It reminds me of my mom. I just wish the smell would last longer especially on the page. I wish Goulet would carry more of DeAtramentis' other scents like Thunderstorm, Popcorn, Coffee, Cappuccino, etc.
This is a beautiful ink with a simple packaging and small simple glass bottle. It is marked "made in Germany" on both box and bottle with the picture of Lilac flower on it. This is a scented ink so when you open the bottle, you smell Lilac flower which is interesting. The ink is wet and flow is really good. It dries relatively fast with no feathering (I tried it on average paper as well). Because of wetness and flow, I suggest using this ink with a fine nib although it performed beautifully in a medium nib Platinum Preppy as well. The vivid color of this ink and the scent of Lilac makes it a joy to write with and I have now dedicated a Preppy to it so I have it on my desk all the time.
This is my favorite shade of ink I have ever bought! It was packaged so carefully and neatly! Jamilia did a phenomenal job!! My pen is also absolutely amazing!!
This color lived up to the image very well. I cannot wait to try it in a pen, I had used my glass dip for the initial test. This looks like an easy new favorite.
