Loved it right away. Love it still.

I really wanted a blood red---but what does that mean? Fresh or dried? I would describe this as red wine red. Flows from the pen easily and wet.

Really nice color, flows pretty wet. Not as well behaved as iroshizuku ink, but it's not bad. I write with my left hand, and my hand rests above the line I'm writing on. So when my hand is sweaty I get traces of ink on my hand, and some ink stippling on the page from that. That's why I rated the water resistance as low.

I TAKE IT TO THE EXTREME OF WRITING EVERYTHING IN MY FRANKLIN COVEY PLANNER IN WRITER'S BLOOD, IT LETS EVERYONE AROUND ME KNOW THAT IM SERIOUS ABOUT MY WORK! WHEN I TELL THE NAME THEY ALWAYS HAVE A PASSIONATE LOOK ON THIER FACES.

So, the color... amazing. And it writes super well. And just the name alone- writer's blood- I had to have it. But I can't see myself actually using this ink much and I wish I wouldn't have purchased 80ml of it. It just doesn't really fully dry. At all. Even on leuttschturm paper that is fairly absorbent compared to most bougie paper, it still will swipe and bleed away if you rest a finger or hand on it for more than a second or two. Wish this was more usable!
