It's like writing on butter

I didn't think paper made much of a difference until I got this notebook. The paper I'd been using before was supposed to be fountain pen paper, but it had nothing on this. My inks shade and shimmer and pop so much better on this paper and it's like writing on butter. I don't think I can ever go back to other papers.

Thidcker lines in this notebook

I've been journaling in Clairefontaine cloth-bound notebooks for over 20 years. The paper is smooth and great for fountain pens. I have not yet written in this particular book, but I looked at the pages and saw that the lines are thicker than those of the previous books I've used. Not wanting to return the book, I hope this is an odd print run where there was too much ink. A lighter line is, to me, a sign of a high quality notebook.

Paper So Good I Hardly Use It

I feel like I don't have anything important enough to mark on this high quality paper. Maybe I should just buy more of it.

Luxurious paper, inconvenient binding.

This is a really good product. It handles my broad nib twsbi Eco like a dream. I only wish I had purchased a coil or spiral binding with this product, because I have such a hard time writing across a journal that has a book like binding. My fault, highly recommend this paper and product!

excellent

My first fancy notebook! It's whole worlds above cheap paper! I love it! I want to order another one soon, probably when I start using about half the book. I love the binding (I love clothbound books)
