The TWSBI ECO fountain pen is one of our best selling fountain pen models and for good reason – fans love its modern design, large ink capacity with the built-in piston filling mechanism, reliable steel nibs, and affordable price. The frequent release of new colors makes it a popular collector's item.
October 2024: Sky Blue
Similar to the Cerulean, Pastel Blue, and Blue ECOs, the Sky Blue ECO is a cool-toned beauty with a calming, baby-blue opaque cap and piston knob. This vibrant blue shade, however, doesn’t lean toward violet or teal like the other Blue ECOs. Sky Blue is adorned with sleek silver trim and a matching steel nib.
September 2024: Irish Green w/ Onyx
A new first for TWSBI! The Irish Green ECO features a dark green opaque cap and piston knob, with an Onyx black trim and nib.
June 2024: Eggplant Purple
The TWSBI ECO-T in Eggplant Purple is a more opaque version of the ECO Transparent Purple, this time featuring the triangular ECO-T shape.
April 2024: Caffè w/ Bronze Trim
Wake up and smell the coffee with the TWSBI ECO in Caffè w/ Bronze Trim. This energizing fountain pen boasts a bronze trim that beautifully highlights its creamy coffee brown cap and piston knob.
March 2024: Dark Sapphire
Dive into the TWSBI ECO in Dark Sapphire! This ECO features an intense ocean blue-colored cap and piston knob, perfectly complemented by sleek silver trim.
December 2023: Creme w/ RoseGold

October 2023: Rosso
This TWSBI ECO-T in Rosso features a bright candy apple red cap and piston knob with the ECO-T triangular grip.
August 2023: Indigo Blue with Bronze Trim
The TWSBI ECO in Indigo Blue with Bronze Trim ushers in a new trim and body color for the ECO. The bronze is slightly darker than the rosegold of other models and nicely complements the deep blue coloration.
June 2023: Heat
This TWSBI ECO fountain pen in Heat is a bright fiery orange coloration that is darker and more vibrant than Saffron and Yellow of years past. A perfect summer companion.
March 2023: Persian Green
This TWSBI ECO fountain pen in Persian Green is very similar in color to the Turquoise ECO from 2017, maybe just a tad more green. It definitely has a "teal" vibe to it.
February 2023: Saffron
This TWSBI ECO-T fountain pen in Saffron features an opaque yellow-orange cap and piston knob, with the triangular grip for which the ECO-T is known.
December 2022: Royal Jade Rosegold
The most expensive ECO to-date, this special edition TWSBI ECO-T fountain pen features a solid green cap and piston knob, and a clear barrel. The pen is also equipped with a rose-gold plated steel nib, rose gold-plated trim, and even a rose gold-plated piston rod. Finally, an 18ml bottle of TWSBI Midnight Blue fountain pen ink is included, all set in a gift box.
October 2022: Glow Purple
Continuing off of the success of the GLOW Green, this TWSBI ECO fountain pen in GLOW Purple does just that -- the light purple cap and piston knob both glow blue in the dark!

September 2022: Cerulean
