Ms. Etsuko Tsuruta, renowned for her intricate and delicate Chinkin work, has once again demonstrated her exceptional skill and artistry in this limited edition pen. The Chinkin technique, which involves carving intricate designs into the surface of the pen and filling them with gold, is beautifully showcased in this piece. This Ebonite pen features a a KOP Bi-color 21K Gold nib with Gold and Rhodium plating.
In addition to the stunning pen, the set includes a beautifully designed Aizu-nuri box. The box itself is a work of art, featuring a detailed Chinkin depiction of a peacock in all its glory. The intricate gold-filled carvings on the box mirror the pen’s design, making the entire presentation a cohesive and luxurious experience.
